Our Team

John J. Ruby

John J. Ruby is the President and CEO of GCOM, a telecommunications and technology consulting firm since 1996. John has over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. GCOM is a master agent with over 20 plus industry partners from SIP carriers, Cloud Hosting Platforms, and Managed Service Providers who bring Value, Savings, and Innovation to all our esteemed clients.

John oversees the marketing and sales processes for GCOM, and personally recommends and maintains client relationships. John has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1993.

He is currently the PACE NY Chapter Board member for his 9th consecutive year. John has served as President of the NY chapter from 2012 to 2014. He is also a current member of SOCAP since 2014. John resides in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters and is a diehard New York Giants fan.

Keith Fiveson

Keith is GCOM's Advisory Partner. He brings to GCOM over 30 years of experience in the BPO, call center, technology, and telecom space. Working closely with GCOM clients, he helps them to identify opportunities to leverage communications, increase quality and reduce inefficiency.

Prior to GCOM, Keith held leadership positions at Price Waterhouse Coopers, (PwC), ITESA, AT&T, MCI and British Telecom. He has developed client solutions with executives and teams at Apple, Best Buy, General Electric, Citibank, Chase, Microsoft and many other clients over the years.
